5. Vehicle Reservation and Purchase
Reserving a vehicle requires a deposit. Once a reservation is made, the vehicle will be held for an agreed period. If the purchase is not completed within that time, Afridi Cars Ltd reserves the right to release the vehicle for sale to other customers.
All vehicles are sold as seen unless stated otherwise in writing.
6. Finance Agreements

Terms and conditions of finance agreements are determined by the lender. All vehicles are supplied with a standard warranty provided by our approved partner, Evolution Warranties, unless otherwise stated. Extended warranty options are available at additional cost. Warranty terms, coverage, and claim processes are governed by the warranty provider’s policies.
8. Returns and Cancellations
Once a vehicle has been collected or delivered, it is considered accepted in the condition agreed upon. Returns are not accepted unless required under applicable consumer laws or covered by a specific warranty claim. Any cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to review.
